The Programme Complement is the document that puts the flesh on the outline Measures in the SPD. It is as important to the programme as the SPD as it says much more clearly what can be done under each measure and what its' targets are. Funds cannot be committed until the Complement is complete because it gives the details necessary for project appraisal. Your views about the appropriateness of the suggested indicators are welcome. Responses are requested by 16 June to Chris Johnes, European Affairs Division; email chris.johnes@wales.gov.uk; tel 02920 823157, or via the Chamber.
