To be recognised as an entrepreneurial, well-managed business association providing quality services for its members, and taking a leading role in the development of business in Pembrokeshire, for the benefit of Pembrokeshire.

To accompany the Pembrokeshire business community into the 21st century as part of a strong Pembrokeshire and Welsh economy.

To help build a successful Pembrokeshire economy by encouraging:
